ABERDEEN FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER - FORMARTINES

OMG. I’m not quite sure how it’s happened but I haven’t blogged a family session in nearly ONE WHOLE YEAR. Oops. I’m immediately rectifying that by bringing you a teeny peek of the gorgeous Parles who joined me at Formartines (next door to Haddo House, with a coffee shop that could be considered the finest purveyor of home bakes within a 20 mile radius!) for a fun family session in the sunshine a couple of months ago! Hopefully now I’ve got one done, the rest will swiftly follow - I can’t believe I haven’t shared them with you already!

MONTE - FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY IN ABERDEEN

Photographing toddlers is lots of fun, and Monte was no exception. I joined Monte and his parents at their beautiful Aberdeen home, and got we got right down to playing, watering plants and having a giggle. After a little while, we headed across to Old Aberdeen for a little wander and the opportunity to get some outdoor images. Indoor/outdoor sessions are great for older babies and young children, as it gives them plenty of time to relax and forget the camera is even there. SUMMER FAMILY SESSION IN ABERDEEN

I'm only about 6 months late in blogging this session! Here's a throwback to June last year, when this lovely trio travelled up from Stirling to have a family session with me here in Aberdeen. Rebecca was just picture perfect with her freckles and bucketload of cuteness! 

CAPTURING PERSONALITY - FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY ABERDEEN

No family is perfect, and as a photographer, it's the perfectly imperfect moments that I love capturing most. The cheeky grins, giggles, twirls, jumps, stick finding, leaf throwing, rounds of peekaboo, and shrieks of laughter as your children run in the completely opposite direction to my camera are what makes a session special. I want you to remember it as a lovely few hours spent with the ones you love, rather than an experience to be endured! 

This was my third time capturing the Farthing family, and I just wanted to show you a handful of their 'perfectly imperfect' moments
